Return Policy - Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase(in new condition, and with all the accessories). 20% restocking fee will apply. Shipping charges however will not be refunded. If you need to replace to different remote we will not charge the re-stocking fee. To return an item, please send back the item to the address on the invoice. Enclose a copy of your invoice with a brief description (exchange or refund) and your best daytime phone number. No Return Authorization is needed.
